Sample details for this demo

Composite or wood

Composite boards cost more to build and ask very little of you afterwards: wash them a couple of times a year, no staining or sealing.

Pressure-treated wood costs less up front and needs cleaning and sealing every few years to stay looking good. We price both so you can compare.

Railings, stairs and the details

Black aluminum balusters, white railing or wood: the railing changes the whole look. Wide stairs, a picture-frame border and matching fascia make a deck look finished from the yard.

HOA and permits

Most Ashburn neighborhoods have an HOA. We help you put the approval request together and we handle the county permits and inspections.
